Availability of the articles:
Stocks of the products are limited and the fact that they appear on the website does not necessarily mean that they are immediately available. If the product is not available it will be ordered from the distributor and this will be communicated to the user in the order receipt message.
To make purchases on the www.codex-u.com website the user must first register as a client. This is completely free and their details will be securely stored.
Codex-U accepts payments by credit card as a method of payment for purchases made on their website.
If the payment has been successful, the user will receive the order confirmation via the email address they have provided.
The card will be charged when the goods are sent. This guarantees that only the articles which have actually been sent will be charged for.
When the user makes an order they will receive a confirmation email which will inform them of any modification relating to the availability of the products they have requested.

In case of shipments to countries that do not belong to the European Union, Codex-U will not cover the tax costs corresponding to each country.
If there is any error or discrepancy regarding the price, delivery or payment, the user must communicate this immediately.
Orders will be sent through the certified service of the national postal service (Correos in Spain) or through an agency.
Delivery costs are calculated automatically so that the user knows the total amount before making the purchase.
If the order is not received by the indicated delivery time, the user can get in contact with us and we will immediately make a claim with the courier.
In the case of deliveries sent through the national post service, claims are only accepted after 15 business days for domestic deliveries, starting from the day they receive the package at their offices and 30 days for international deliveries.
CODEX-U accepts returned goods that are sent back within 15 business days from the receipt of the product, provided that it is in perfect condition. Upon receipt of the product, its state shall be verified before refunding the amount.
If the user receives a product in poor condition, they may return it and they will be refunded the full amount (the price of the product and the delivery costs). Codex-U’s responsibility is limited to this replacement.
